1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

All products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China to ensure the best pricing and availability.

Estimated delivery times:

United States 8–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders over £40 / $50.
For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate of £3.99 (UK) or $4.99 (USA) applies.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email or directly through our Track Your Order page.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at info@solphere.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
