Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solphere. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@solphere.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solphere.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@solphere.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@solphere.com and we’ll assist you.
